1. COMPANY OVERVIEW

The company also offers tailor-made trips to known destinations selected by the clients.

2. PURPOSE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)

These TCS govern the sale of mystery travel services offered by Zoame LTD. By booking a trip, the client fully accepts these conditions without reservation.

3. BOOKING PROCESS

-
The client schedules a call to indicate travel preferences.
-
Zoame LTD designs a custom trip without revealing the destination in advance.
-
The destination and trip details are revealed on the departure day or at a specified date, either through a sealed envelope or via an electronic document.
-
Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, the booking becomes final.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

-
Travel prices are determined based on the client’s criteria and communicated before order confirmation.

Price Variation:

-
The quoted price is indicative and may vary based on airfare and other service fluctuations before final booking.
-
By confirming their order, the client agrees in advance to a price variation of up to ±€200 per person without requiring further approval.
-
If the price variation exceeds €200, Zoame LTD will inform the client before finalizing the booking. The client may then accept the change or cancel the order (with a refund excluding payment fees).

Service Fees:

-
Service fees are non-refundable and are due upon order confirmation.
-
These fees will be clearly stated in the quote, and the client agrees to pay them upon booking confirmation.

Payment Schedule:

-
Full payment is due at the time of booking confirmation.
-
Payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card.
-
The booking is confirmed only after full payment, including service fees and travel costs.

Payment Installments:

-
In some cases, a payment plan may be arranged, subject to prior agreement between the client and Zoame LTD.
-
The client must request a payment installment plan at the time of booking, and a payment schedule will be defined on a case-by-case basis.
-
If an installment plan is accepted, payments must be made within the agreed deadlines. Failure to meet deadlines may result in booking cancellation, with no refund of service fees or non-refundable costs (flights, hotels, etc.).

Payment Methods:

-
Payments are accepted only by bank transfer or credit card.
-
The booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.

5. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY

-
No cancellations are possible after booking confirmation, as airline tickets are non-refundable.
-
The client may opt for a refundable ticket option, but service fees remain non-refundable in all cases.
-
Any modification after order confirmation is subject to Zoame LTD’s approval and may incur additional fees.

6. LIABILITY

-
Zoame LTD is committed to organizing a trip that aligns with the criteria specified by the client.
-
The company cannot be held responsible for flight delays, cancellations, weather conditions, or any other event beyond its control.
-
The client is responsible for ensuring the validity of their travel documents (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.). No refunds will be issued due to issues related to these documents. The client will be informed of required vaccinations or administrative procedures before travel.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Zoame LTD does not offer travel insurance. Clients are advised to purchase insurance from an external provider to cover unforeseen events (medical cancellations, medical expenses abroad, lost luggage, etc.).
8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL DATA

Client personal information is used solely for travel arrangements and is not sold to third parties.
9. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

Any disputes will be governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
